Mixed results in men’s division

While the women dominated, the men’s team had mixed results but still showed promise. Vishvanath Suresh (50kg) impressed with a commanding 5:0 win over Jordan’s Huthaifa Eshish to reach the final. Sachin (60kg) also advanced after a 4:1 semifinal victory against Thailand’s Sakda Ruamtham. However, several others fell short in their bouts.
