Tamil Nadu election day saw strong participation not just from the public but also from Kollywood celebrities. From early morning, stars were spotted at various polling booths, encouraging fans to take part in the democratic process. Actors like Rajinikanth, Vijay, Ajith Kumar, Kamal Haasan, Sivakarthikeyan, Suriya, RJ Balaji, and many others stepped out to cast their votes, creating a strong wave of awareness across the state.

Trisha’s clear message on election day

Actor Trisha also took part in the voting process and shared a simple but strong message. When asked if she expects change from the elections, as reported by News 18 she said, “Everyone should definitely cast their vote. That is all I want to say today.” Her response avoided political comments and instead focused on the importance of participation. Her words encouraged citizens to come forward and fulfil their duty without hesitation.

Trisha arrives with her mother amid steady crowd

Trisha cast her vote at a polling booth in Alwarpet, Chennai, around 11 AM. She arrived with her mother and completed the process in a calm and simple manner. Her appearance drew attention from fans and media present at the location. Like many other celebrities, she maintained a low profile while still making her presence count on an important day. On the work front, Trisha will next be seen in ‘Karuppu,’ where she plays opposite Suriya in the rural drama helmed by RJ Balaji.

Kollywood celebrities inspire public participation

The presence of multiple film personalities throughout the day added visibility to the elections. Fans who gathered at polling booths got a chance to see their favourite stars while also being reminded of their responsibility. The steady turnout of celebrities helped create a positive atmosphere, showing that voting is important for everyone. Their involvement was a big part of getting more people to go out and vote.
