MI vs SRH Live Score, IPL 2026: A sensational century from Ryan Rickelton, combined with a blistering opening stand with Will Jacks, propelled Mumbai Indians to a commanding 243/5 in 20 overs against Sunrisers Hyderabad in Match 41 of IPL 2026 at the Wankhede Stadium, Mumbai.

Mumbai began cautiously against Pat Cummins, who generated early movement and bounce. However, Jacks broke the shackles with an attacking stroke over mid-on, setting the tone for what followed. The momentum shifted decisively when MI took on the change bowlers. Rickelton and Jacks launched a relentless assault, finding boundaries with ease and keeping the scoreboard ticking at a rapid pace.

By the end of the Power-play, MI had raced to 78/0, their second-highest Power-play total this season.

Will Jacks: 46 off 26 (5 fours, 2 sixes)
Ryan Rickelton: 123 (blazing knock)

Their partnership provided the perfect platform, as both batters matched each other shot for shot.

After the Power-play, Rickelton shifted gears seamlessly. He brought up a quick half-century in just 23 balls, and MI crossed the 100-run mark in 7.4 overs, their fastest of the season.

Even after Jacks’ dismissal, followed by brief stays from Suryakumar Yadav and Naman Dhir, Rickelton remained unstoppable. He dominated both pace and spin, particularly targeting Harsh Dubey in a destructive spell.

Rickelton’s innings turned historic as he raced to a stunning 44-ball century, the fastest ever for Mumbai Indians, surpassing Sanath Jayasuriya’s 45-ball record.

His knock was a blend of power and precision, highlighted by clean hitting all around the ground. The celebration—a leap, a fist pump, and a roar—reflected the magnitude of the milestone.

Captain Hardik Pandya added valuable momentum with a quick 31 off 15 balls, stitching a 56-run stand with Rickelton. Even after Pandya’s dismissal, Rickelton continued to attack till the end.

A late flourish ensured MI finished strongly at 243/5, setting up a daunting total for Sunrisers Hyderabad.
