Wake up early

You should wake up early in the morning during Brahma Muhurat which is an ideal time to wake up because divine energies are very high during that time. This time period is extremely powerful and beneficial to perform spiritual practices. This is the sacred time, when you have no extra thoughts, stress in your mind and this is the perfect time to connect with the divine power.

Practice Gratitude

You should practice gratitude during the time of Brahma Muhurat because we always behave like a takers and forget to say thanks to the almighty God, universe and nature. We are getting everything from them and it is very important for you to express your gratitude to them who never ask anything in return but fulfill all your desired wishes.

Meditation

It is very important to practice meditation daily because it helps you become very calm and patient. You can practice deep breathing while meditation. It can calm your mind and balance your emotions. You need to sit at a quiet place, where you can focus on your breathing.

Naam Japa

You can do naam japa during that Brahma Muhurat. This is a powerful start for the day when you can chant the sacred name of God or Goddess as many times as you can. This is a powerful practice which can bring magical changes in your life. This can remove all the negative thoughts, help you with overthinking and you can even get rid of anxiety issues.

Surya Arghya (Offering water to Sun)

After cleansing, you can even offer water to Lord Surya at the time of Sunrise. You should make it as a daily practice to enhance your solar energy, will power and it can also enhance your confidence. You must follow this ritual to seek blessings of Lord Surya.
