The idea of a human aura has been around for quite a while in spiritual and astrological traditions. The aura is often described as an invisible field of energy surrounding the body and many who practice astrology and holistic wellness believe the aura reflects the emotional, mental and spiritual state of a person. Modern science has not yet been able to prove the existence of an aura as described in these traditions, but astrologers believe that positive habits and spiritual practices can help develop an inner balance and project a more confident, peaceful presence. These are some common practices according to astrology beliefs.

Sun Salutation; A great way to start your day

Astrologers suggest to offer water to the rising Sun and recite Gayatri Mantra or Aditya Hridayam. In Vedic astrology the sun is the symbol of vitality, confidence, leadership. It’s also thought to boost positive energy and self-esteem.

Use meditation to calm your mind

Meditation is one of the best ways to clear your mind. Astrologers say that the mind is calmer and more focused, so the positive energy flows more freely and the aura glows brighter. People are usually told to meditate for 10 to 15 minutes a day.

Chanting the planetary mantras

The chanting of the mantras related to planets is believed to be useful in balancing the energies of planets. For example, devotees can chant the Mahamrityunjaya Mantra to find the strength within them or the Shani Mantra during rough planetary times. Religion and tradition are.

Give generously, give kindly

In Vedic astrology good karma plays a very important role to strengthen one’s spiritual energy. Good karma and inner peace often are built up by doing kind acts, helping people in need, feeding animals and giving to charity.

Dress in clean and comfortable clothes

Cleanliness is also strongly emphasized in traditional beliefs. Good personal hygiene, a clean environment and clean clothes are believed to contribute to a more positive state of mind and, symbolically, a stronger aura.

Astrologers prescribe certain specific gemstones for an individual’s birth chart. Experts do not recommend gemstones for generic recommendations. The appropriateness is decided through a thorough astrological analysis.

Eat sattvik food

Traditionally it is believed to promote mental clarity and emotional stability through a diet that is high in fresh fruits, vegetables, whole grains and other sattvic foods. Spiritual traditions have been telling us for thousands of years that what we eat impacts our physical health and mental state.

Sleep enough

Astrology buffs say a well-rested body is good for emotional stability and clarity of thought as well. It is believed that a consistent sleep schedule is a key component of holistic health and spiritual discipline.

Religion and well-being: Mixed bag

In astrology, the aura is not an outside force, but rather a reflection of the inner state of the person. Meditation, prayer, charity, appreciating what you have and exercising self-control are thought to create positive energy and emotional strength.
