His intense 100-day fitness plan, focusing on natural strength and a strict, high-protein diet, showcases remarkable discipline. Despite a packed schedule, Suriya’s dedication to health serves as an inspiration for many.

Popular South actor Suriya Sivakumar continues to inspire fans with his dedication to fitness and his ever-versatile screen appearances. The fifty-year-old actor surprised everyone by revealing his impressive six-pack and chiseled physique, a transformation for his forthcoming films, ‘Kanguva’ and ‘Retro. Suriya immerses himself in his movie roles and executes them well. He has a timeless physique and is a role model for all his fans and fitness enthusiasts.

Suriya’s intense 100-day fitness plan

To transform into a formidable shape for ‘Kanguva,’ Suriya followed a 100-day training program that prepared him physically and mentally. In an old interview with Hindustan Times, at the age of 49, the actor said it was ‘the most difficult physical role’ he has ever tackled. His personal trainer, Alkhas Joseph, included exercises like pull-ups, chin-ups, hanging leg raises, and oblique workouts to strengthen the core and improve his endurance. By practicing these workouts in a specific manner, Suriya maintained his ripped physique, which testifies to the significance of a good diet and proper workout regimen in achieving fitness.

Suriya’s upcoming projects and busy schedule

Suriya is currently involved in his new films, including ‘Karuppu,’ ‘Vishwanath and Sons,’ and ‘Suriya 47.’ He is totally swamped with acting, promoting, and preparing all the time, but somehow he fits in his fitness regimen as well.
