Mornings can be hectic, and lacking access to a gas stove can add to the challenge. However, skipping breakfast isn’t the solution. There are plenty of quick, simple no-cook recipes that can keep you full and energised. Using common ingredients, these breakfasts can be prepared in just a few minutes. Fruit with yoghurt, nuts, and pre-prepared grains make great options. These types of food are very convenient and healthy. They are perfect for those rushed mornings and when it’s not possible to cook breakfast.

No-cook breakfast ideas you can make in minutes

Here are some fast breakfast recipes that will make your mornings easier while ensuring you get proper nutrition. All of the recipes are made using common kitchen ingredients and can be made in minutes. They are ideal for days when you don’t have much time in the morning, or you feel lazy.

Fruit and yoghurt bowl

  • Put some yoghurt in a bowl to form a base.
  • Cut fruits like bananas, apples, or berries and put them on top of the yoghurt.
  • Pour a few drops of honey.
  • Add some nuts or seeds for flavouring.
  • Serve it directly from the bowl.

Peanut butter banana sandwich

  • Take two slices of bread and spread peanut butter evenly on one or both slices.
  • Slice a banana into thin pieces and put them over the peanut butter layer on the slice.
  • Close the sandwich with the second slice of bread.
  • Press it gently and cut into halves.
  • Serve immediately for a quick and filling breakfast.

Sprouts salad

  • Take a bowl of fresh moong sprouts as the base.
  • Add finely chopped onions and tomatoes for flavour and crunch.
  • Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the mixture.
  • Add a pinch of salt and mild spices according to your taste.
  • Mix everything well and serve immediately for the best taste.

Soaked poha

  • Soak some quantity of poha in water for a minute or two to make it soft.
  • Let it sit for a few minutes until it becomes soft but not mushy.
  • Include chopped onions and peanuts in the mixture.
  • Season the dish with salt and lemon juice.
  • Also, include the leaves of kadi for a better taste.
  • Mix all ingredients well.

Chia pudding

  • Put chia seeds and milk into a bowl and stir together until well mixed.
  • Allow the mixture to sit for several hours or overnight to thicken.
  • Sweeten to taste with honey or an alternative sweetener.
  • Top with fruit if desired and enjoy your creation.

Muesli with milk or yoghurt

  • Take a bowl and add muesli as the base.
  • Pour milk or add yoghurt, depending on your preference.
  • Add chopped fruits for extra flavour and nutrition.
  • Mix everything until well combined.
  • Serve immediately as a quick breakfast option.

Dry fruits and nuts bowl

  • Take a few almonds, walnuts, dates, and raisins and put them in a bowl.
  • It should be ensured that the nuts are washed and the dates are cut into small pieces.
  • Ensure proper mixing of all the dried fruits so that they blend properly in taste.
  • The amount of each fruit can be decided according to one’s liking.
  • The prepared fruit mixture can be served directly.
