Actor Sebastian Stan is going to be a dad! The star, best known for his role as Bucky Barnes, in the Marvel superhero franchise, is reportedly awaiting the arrival of his first child with his lady love, Annabelle Wallis. The couple, who have been in a relationship for about four years, are said to be gearing up to welcome a baby together.

TMZ reports that while Wallis’ pregnancy has been confirmed, further details about her due date and the child’s gender have not been disclosed.The news comes during a particularly busy period for both actors. Stan is set for a packed year with the upcoming release of his film ‘Fjord’, along with his return to the MCU for the highly anticipated film ‘Avengers: Doomsday’, which will see him reuniting with Chris Evans, Robert Downey Jr, Anthony Mackie and many others. Wallis also has several projects currently in the works. She will be seen starring opposite Jason Statham in the action film ‘Mutiny’, which is scheduled for a theatrical release in August. She is set to star in the Netflix project ‘Unabomb’, a film centred on the life of the Unabomber, Ted Kaczynski.

Although there is no official statement from Stan or Wallis, the baby would be a first for both stars. Sebastian has kept his private life out of the spotlight, however, while at Comic-Con Liverpool 2024, he was asked to share his thoughts about his on-screen character Bucky as a father. To that, Stan said, “I think he could be a great dad. Would you guys want to see him as a dad?”

Sebastian is now the latest ‘Avengers’ star to enter parenthood. His ‘Captain America: The Winter Soldier’ co-star, Chris Evans welcomed his first baby with wife Alba Baptista. The couple welcomed their first child, a daughter named Alma Grace Baptista Evans, on October 24, 2025.
