Ken Karunaas’s ‘Youth’ is enjoying a strong theatrical run, crossing 18 days with consistent audience reception. The film’s youthful vibe and engaging performances have driven steady box office collections, even on weekdays. Its third weekend saw a notable increase, pushing total India net collections to approximately Rs 48.39 crore and worldwide gross to Rs 66.52 crore.

‘Youth,’ starring Ken Karunaas, continues its steady run at the box office as it completes 18 days in theatres. The film, which hit theaters on March 19, has gradually built a solid fan base thanks to word of mouth. Viewers are enjoying the fun factor along with the movie’s youthful vibe, which has given the film the stability to even hold collections on weekdays. After the third weekend, collections showed a slight rise again, implying that the film has been well accepted by the audiences.

‘Youth’ third weekend collections show clear growth

The film witnessed a noticeable rise in numbers during its third weekend. On Day 16 (third Friday), ‘Youth’ collected about Rs 1.85 crore, setting the base for the weekend, according to Sacnilk. The collections improved slightly on Day 17 (third Saturday) with around Rs 1.92 crore. The biggest push came on Day 18 (third Sunday), when the film earned nearly Rs 2.00 crore. Reports suggest that the movie collected around Rs 1.73 crore net from 1,035 shows across India on Sunday alone. The film’s enduring appeal is underscored by its continued strong performance over the weekend, now in its third week in theaters.

Total collections cross a new milestone

With the recent weekend gain, ‘Youth’ has now achieved remarkable numbers. The film’s total India gross collection stands at about Rs 55.52 crore, while the India net has climbed to around Rs 48.39 crore. The movie is, in fact, performing quite well internationally too. Rs 0.15 crore was added internationally on the 18th day, taking the international figure to Rs 11.00 crore. Now, the movie’s worldwide figure is Rs 66.52 crore.

Youthful story and performances keep the audience engaged

Written and directed by Ken Karunaas, ‘Youth’ stars Anishma Anilkumar, Devadarshini, Suraj Venjaramoodu, Priyanshi Yadav, Meenakshi Dinesh, and Abison Thevarasa. The film’s success is largely contributed by its reasonable scenes and performances.
