Famed actor Mike Mitchell, who is best known for his work in ‘Zombie Massacre’, ‘The Tomorrow War’, and ‘Killing It’, has been cut from his latest successful show. The actor who plays Stu on ‘Twisted Metal’ has been removed from the show. Read ahead to know more about what happened.
Mike Mitchell is no longer a part of the ‘Twisted Metal’ cast
Ahead of the release of season 3, it has been confirmed that Mike Mitchell will no longer be a part of the show. The actor confirmed the news a few days ago while featuring on the latest episode of his ‘Doughboys Media’ podcast. Talking about the same, Mitchell expressed how disappointed he was with the decision, adding that “I don’t think I’m going back to the third season of Twisted Metal. And I am very kind of heartbroken about it. I love the show.” The actor also revealed that he simply wanted to get the announcement out of the way.He revealed that there have been a lot of changes made behind the camera with the team of ‘Twisted Metal’, and further added that a lot of staff members have been let go, along with a couple of department heads as well. Other than that, he also revealed that a whole new showrunner has been added to the team. Nick Wiger, who co-hosted the podcast, also expressed his disappointment over the matter and cited, “You say you’re not bitter, I think all of us are bitter. This is f******* b*******, and it sucks. And it’s not fair, and our industry is broken.”
