The veteran actor, who has been entertaining audiences for over six decades, recently took to his personal blog to share a heartfelt message about the value of work.
Amitabh Bachchan opens up about work being his life’s purpose
Known for his extraordinary dedication to his craft, 82-year-old Amitabh Bachchan revealed that he sees work as central to a fulfilling life. In his blog post, he reflected on early-morning creativity and the importance of staying busy. He wrote, “Work be the essence of life… have work will travel… not to some adventurous destination… travel forward in life… so work… work to get a living – work on your body – whatever, but work.“The Hindi cinema icon also reflected on the importance of physical fitness, calling the human body a remarkable creation. He noted that working on the body becomes especially important with age, adding, “Work on the body is prime at this age.”

This isn’t the first time Big B has spoken about his love for work. In a blog post from February, he had shared a similar sentiment, saying, “Work efforts slowly fructifying and hope that one can be occupied in the time of work… it is essential… absence of work has detrimental feelings, and so work work work… till you can.”
