Ram Charan’s next film ‘Peddi’ is set to hit the big screens in June. As the actor wrapped up the shoot of the sports drama, he now seems to be focusing on his next projects. As per the latest reports, the ‘RRR’ actor has now allotted dates for his upcoming movie with filmmaker Naga Vamsi.

According to a report by 123Telugu, producer Naga Vamsi has confirmed that Ram Charan will begin shooting for his film after he has completed ‘Peddi’. As he has now completed the shoot, he has given his dates for the project. It is imperative to add that the story and director are yet to be finalised.
In addition to the project, the ‘Kingdom’ filmmaker, Ram Charan, has also signed a movie with ‘Pushpa 2: The Rule’ director Sukumar, which is tentatively called ‘RC17’. The same agency earlier suggested that the shooting of the film is expected to begin in July or August. Currently, most of the pre-production work is almost done. Sukumar has been working very hard on the story. The ‘Pushpa’ director thought about three different ideas and finally picked one strong story. He is now writing the final version.It seems that Ram Charan will be working together on both films.

Speaking of ‘Peddi’, the makers recently organized a release date announcement press meet where they shared that it will theatrically release on June 4, 2026. During the event, Sukumar heaped praise on Ram Charan’s performance and said, “You haven’t witnessed a performance like this before from Ram Charan.”
About ‘Peddi’
Speaking about the film, it features Janhvi Kapoor as the female lead and also includes Shiva Rajkumar, Jagapathi Babu, Divyenndu, and Boman Irani in key roles. The music is composed by AR Rahman. The movie is also reported to have a special song with Shruti Haasan dancing alongside Ram Charan.
