In a recent update, Karnataka’s capital, Bengaluru is all set to digitise property ownership. The campaign has gained momentum, with the Greater Bengaluru Authority (GBA) which has received 2,939 applications under the newly launched “My e-Khata, My Hakku” initiative. It is a part of the Karnataka government’s “Bhoo Guarantee” scheme aimed at simplifying property documentation.
