Meditation under moonlight

You can sit under the moonlight and practice meditation under the sacred divine light. You can think of the things which you want to see in the reality and attract the desired wishes.

Express Gratitude

You should express your gratitude to the God for everything you have in your life. If you have basic necessities then you should be thankful to the God for these things. You should write your blessings, express your gratitude or say thanks and attract things into your life.

Nature Walk

Full Moon night is extremely powerful so you can walk and strengthen your connection with the Moon. You can release your emotions.

Let go of the emotions/fear/anxiety

This is the most sacred night when you can let go of all the negative energies. You are advised to write down all your fears, emotions, worries on a paper then burn them and release.

Chant Mantras

Mantra chanting is one of the best ways to release your hidden fears, anxiety and heart aches that you are facing right now in your life. You just need to find a quiet place where you can sit in Sukhasana and perform Bhramari Pranayam while chanting “AUM”. This will help you release all your hidden fears, anxiety, emotional baggage and traumas.

Write Affirmations

In order to notice benefits, you can also write strong affirmations on paper and repeat them at least eleven times. You then need to keep doing this for an additional forty-one days.
