Confident of victory, he slowed down and raised his arms in celebration, acknowledging the crowd.But just meters behind, Jackson was sprinting with everything left in the tank.The viral clip shows spectators suddenly erupting in disbelief as Jackson closes the gap rapidly. “He got it!
