The grand finale of the popular Kannada dance reality show Dance Karnataka Dance concluded on a spectacular and emotional note, with the duo Siddegowda and Dishal emerging as the winners of the latest season. The much-anticipated finale, held on Sunday, witnessed electrifying performances and intense competition among the finalists. The winners were announced by actor Shiva Rajkumar, who also presented the trophy to the winning duo. Along with the coveted title, Siddegowda and Dishal walked away with a cash prize of ₹15 lakh and a prestigious trophy, marking a significant milestone in their journey. From the very beginning of the season, the duo stood out for their innovative choreography, strong stage presence, and disciplined performances. Week after week, they impressed both the judges and the audience with their creativity and consistency. Their grand finale act was no exception, earning widespread appreciation and ultimately securing them the top spot. The competition, however, remained fierce until the very end. Pooja and Anoop delivered a powerful performance to secure the position of first runners-up, taking home a prize of ₹5 lakh. Harsha and Nandu also left a lasting impression on the judges and were awarded ₹8 lakh as runners-up for their commendable performances throughout the season. The show was judged by an esteemed panel comprising Shiva Rajkumar, Vijay Raghavendra, and Rachita Ram. The judges praised the dedication, hard work, and growth displayed by all contestants, highlighting the high level of talent this season brought to the stage. Adding an emotional touch to the finale, the winners were also presented with a special “Appu Trophy,” named in memory of the late actor Puneeth Rajkumar. Receiving this tribute was described by the winners as a dream come true and a deeply humbling moment. Expressing their gratitude, Siddegowda and Dishal said that the platform had given them a new identity and recognition. They credited their success to the unwavering support of the audience, mentors, and their relentless dedication to the art of dance. The grand finale not only celebrated exceptional talent but also paid tribute to legacy, passion, and perseverance, making it a memorable conclusion to the season.
