On Sunday, Aditya Dhar penned a heartfelt note on social media honoring the film’s cinematographer. Nowlakha responded warmly, writing, “So deeply touched by this. In his original post, Aditya Dhar had revealed that Nowlakha was the last head of department to join the project, coming on board just days before filming began. He wrote, “I’ve waited 30 years to do a film like this. I’ll give my life to it”—words Dhar described as something Nowlakha said after reading the script, and meant it completely.Dhar praised Nowlakha’s resilience during the demanding shoot. He wrote, “Through impossible schedules, through chaos that often felt unmanageable, through shooting what was essentially two films in the time and cost of one, Vikash stood at the center of it all, steady and relentless.”The filmmaker added, “But what makes Vikash truly rare is not just his endurance; it’s the soul in his gaze.
