1. Curry Leaves (Kadi Patta)

One of the staples of Indian cuisine, curry leaves are very easy to cultivate in pots. They require sunlight and occasional watering.

  • Rich in antioxidants and nutrients
  • Thrives well in warm weather

2. Mint (Pudina)

Mint is one of the fastest-growing herbs and demands minimal maintenance.

  • Suitable for preparing chutneys, making drinks, and decorating
  • Mint can thrive in less than full sun
  • Mint demands regular watering but minimal maintenance

3. Coriander (Dhania)

Coriander is commonly used in Indian cuisine, both the leaves and the seeds.

4. Basil (Tulsi/Italian Basil)

Although tulsi has medicinal properties, Italian basil is the best for cooking.
