Justin Bieber set Coachella ablaze with a heartwarming showcase, celebrating his return to the stage after a lengthy hiatus due to health challenges. Delighting the audience, he took them on a nostalgic ride through his greatest hits while paying homage to his roots as a YouTube sensation.

Indeed, Justin Bieber took fans back to his ‘Baby’ era!This year’s Coachella was headlined by JB, and he certainly didn’t disappoint fans. The pop-star hit the stage with nostalgia-fuelled performances. It marked the star’s biggest live show in four years, having cancelled his Justice world tour following health issues.Dressed in a hoodie and shorts on a stripped-back stage, the ‘What Do You Mean?’ singer was joined by musical guests including The Kid Laroi, Wizkid, Tems and Dijon. Bieber’s wife Hailey Bieber was spotted in the crowd, alongside Timothée Chalamet and Kylie Jenner, reports BBC.

According to the aforementioned outlet, Bieber opened the gig alone on an otherwise empty stage, performing tracks from his 2025 albums ‘Swag’ and ‘Swag II,’ before telling the crowd he wanted to take them “on a journey” and reaching back into his archive. He repeatedly asked the audience: “How far back do you go?”

Justin took the opportunity and gave a tribute to Youtube, where he was discovered as a young boy who posted music covers. As for his gig, the singer sat in front of a laptop, scrolling his hits and pulling them up on the big screen. The pop-star sang the old-favorites and also interacted with the comments section of his live performance stream, reported the outlet.

Justin Bieber’s biggest live show in four years

In 2022, Justin Bieber cancelled his world tour after revealing he was suffering from facial paralysis, after being diagnosed with Ramsay Hunt syndrome. Now, his Coachella performance was the biggest live show JB did in over 4 years. He released his surprise album ‘Swag’ in July 2025, and in February performed live at the Grammy Awards.The ‘Where are You Now?’ singer’s Coachella set marked a starker departure from the previous night’s headline act, Sabrina Carpenter, whose Hollywood-themed gig included costume changes, choreography and elaborate stage design.
