‘Pull skin off, feed it to stray dogs’: Kentucky man arrested for threatening Donald Trump in violent posts

Kadrioan Serainity Santiago, 23, was arrested on April 14

A 23-year-old man in Kentucky has been arrested after allegedly posting a series of graphic online threats against US President Donald Trump and law enforcement officers, including a message about cutting off his skin and feeding it to stray dogs.Federal prosecutors say Kadrioan Serainity Santiago, from Lexington, has been charged with interstate threatening communication after a criminal complaint was unsealed in a US District Court. The case stems from a string of alleged posts on Instagram made between January and late March 2026 under the username “kadi_skating”.According to investigators, the messages contained explicit and violent threats. These included a claim that he would cut Trump’s face with a razor blade, pull off his skin and feed it to stray dogs. He also allegedly threatened to kill the next law enforcement officer he encountered, urged others to shoot at immigration agents, and said he would kill ICE officers himself. The complaint states that the posts began in January, including one message reading, “im filled with political violence.”FBI said it received information about the account on April 1 and moved quickly to investigate. Moreover, deputies found several weapons and tactical gear inside Santiago’s vehicle. These included a handgun, an AR-15-style rifle, another long gun, multiple magazines, a Kevlar helmet, gas masks and other survival equipment. Santiago was initially charged with unlawful possession of a weapon on school property, but that charge was later amended.Jason Parman, First Assistant United States Attorney for the Eastern District of Kentucky said: “Threatening violence against the President and federal law enforcement officers strike at the core of our nation’s safety and the rule of law. These actions will not be tolerated and will be met with swift and decisive prosecution. Through the FBI’s diligence and swift action, we moved quickly to address this threat and will pursue prosecution to the fullest extent of the law.”Olivia Olson, FBI Special Agent issued a warning about online threats. “To those who choose to hide behind the anonymity of a screen to unleash threats against the President of the United States, other government officials, and law enforcement, the FBI will find you,” she said. She added: “It is against the law to post threatening communications online, and the FBI and our partners will use every available resource to identify, locate, and arrest those who choose to do so.”
