Her decision came after she was arrested on March 4 on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs and alcohol in Ventura, California. She was released the following day.

Per TMZ, on Monday, April 13, Federline’s attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan issued a statement saying that Federline, 48, “is aware of the reports that she has checked into rehab.”“He is happy that she is getting help and that the decision appears to be one that she made and not one imposed upon her by others, if it was,” Kaplan said. “The key is that whatever the recommended treatment plan is, she follows it and completes it.”Following Spears’ initial arrest in March, Kaplan had also said on March 6, “Kevin hopes for the best for Britney, and if help is necessary, he hopes that she will neither resist it or those who are attempting to work with her.
