Veteran Bollywood actor Nana Patekar, who turned 76 this year, has set the internet on fire after a video of him performing effortless tricep dips went viral. Photographer and producer Atul Kasbekar posted the clip on Instagram, where it quickly caught the attention of fans and fitness enthusiasts who couldn’t believe the actor’s strength and agility at his age.

In the short Instagram Reel posted by Atul Kasbekar, Nana Patekar is seen wearing tan shorts, a white vest, and a gamcha around his neck, his signature no-fuss style. He executes tricep dips on the bars with complete ease and flashes a smile once he’s done. Kasbekar revealed the actor completed 15 reps in total, though the camera started rolling late.The caption of the post read, “A-Ho Nana Sahebbb…!!! You just made me reset my fitness goals!!!
