Meghan Markle's recent ‘hardest seven years’ astrology post hints at personal struggles? Here's what she shared

Meghan Markle has set social media buzzing after resharing a pair of astrology-related posts on her Instagram Stories on Saturday, April 25, that many are interpreting as a pointed reflection on the challenges of the past several years. The Duchess of Sussex, 44, reshared a post from the account Astrology Is For Everyone, which featured two men dancing enthusiastically alongside the words, “Taurus, Leo, Scorpio, and Aquarius ending the hardest seven years of their lives on April 25.” Meghan, born on August 4, is a Leo.

Earlier the same day, Meghan also reshared an astrology post from the account spiritdaughter containing her horoscope. The post read, “The tension between who you actually are and what the world around you was willing to see has been exhausting in a way that is hard to explain to people who have not lived it. Your confidence took hits it had no business taking. You questioned your creative direction, your spotlight, your worth. April 25th, the pressure lifts. You get the space to just exist without fighting for it.”

What Meghan Markle has said recently about her experiences

The posts come shortly after Meghan and Prince Harry, 41, returned from a four-day trip to Australia, where they visited Melbourne, Canberra, and Sydney. Their itinerary focused on mental health, community resilience, and support for veterans and their families.According to People, both spoke candidly about their own mental wellness during the trip. Harry shared that he “didn’t want” his royal role following the 1997 passing of his mother, Princess Diana. Meghan, meanwhile, reflected on being “the most trolled person in the entire world” after coupling up with her husband a decade ago.“For now, 10 years, every day for 10 years, I have been bullied and attacked,” Meghan said while speaking to a classroom of students during the trip, adding, “Now, I’m still here.”

Meghan Markle on motherhood and perspective

The couple also undertook private meetings and special projects while abroad. Meghan headlined the Her Best Life podcast’s “girls weekend” retreat, where she took part in a Q&A with podcast co-host Gemma O’Neill. During the conversation, she spoke about motherhood, saying raising children Prince Archie, 6, and Princess Lilibet, 4, had taught her patience and given her perspective, something she said she needed “given what our life is like.“The Instagram posts, coming so shortly after her candid public comments in Australia, suggest Meghan Markle is in a reflective mood as she marks what she appears to view as a significant turning point.
