Director Puri Jagannadh and Vijay Sethupathi are working together on the upcoming ‘Slumdog 33 Temple Road’. The director revealed that the actor completed dubbing for the film’s teaser, scheduled for release on June 8 at 6 in the evening.
Vijay Sethupathi dubs in three languages
Puri Jagannadh took to his X (formerly Twitter) handle to share the update, revealing that Vijay Sethupathi recorded his voice in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi, giving the teaser a personal touch for audiences across regions.Sharing the update, Puri Jagannadh wrote, “Makkalselvan @VijaySethuOffl has completed dubbing for the teaser of #SlumDog – 33 Temple Road. Adding his personal touch across languages, he has dubbed himself in Tamil, Telugu, and Hindi. Teaser out on JUNE 8th at 6 PM.”
Director busy with post-production work with music composer
According to reports, shooting for the project has already been completed. The team is now busy with post-production work across all language versions to ensure the film is ready for its grand release. A few days ago, the director shared that the film is in post-production, posting pictures of himself with the film’s music composer, Harshavardhan Rameshwar working behind the scenes. Harshavardhan is known for his tunes in hits including ‘Animal’, ‘Arjun Reddy’, ‘Kabir Singh’ and more.Along with the pictures, the makers wrote, “#SLUMDOG – 33 Temple Road. Post-production and re-recording works are progressing at a blistering pace.”A title poster released earlier showed Vijay Sethupathi in a rugged avatar, holding a blood-stained machete while standing among boxes filled with currency notes.

Regarding the other cast members, the film also includes Tabu, Samyuktha, Duniya Vijay Kumar, Brahmanandam and VTV Ganesh.The film is expected to hit theatres in June and is slated for release in five languages, including Kannada and Malayalam.
