One of only around 1,200 solicitors in India, Bhoomi built an extraordinary legal career marked by relentless excellence. A gold medallist, consistent rank holder, and top performer at the University of Mumbai, she distinguished herself early through national and international accolades across debates, Model United Nations conferences, and global competitions. Her achievements earned her recognition as a “Stellar Achiever” in her college prospectus, but for Bhoomi, accolades were never the destination.They were merely the beginning.
She went on to work with some of India’s most prestigious companies, including Khaitan & Co, AZB & Partners and Everstone Capital, building deep expertise in corporate law, private equity, and strategic transactions. Today, as Principal Legal Advisor at WazirX, India’s leading cryptocurrency exchange, she operates at the intersection of law, innovation, and the future of digital finance, helping shape legal and strategic frameworks in one of the world’s fastest-evolving industries.
But while the legal world gave Bhoomi prestige and achievement, entrepreneurship gave her purpose.
Even amidst the intensity of high-stakes corporate law, she carried a vision that extended beyond courtrooms and boardrooms, a desire to create something deeply personal, global, and impactful.
What started as a passion for discovering unique corners of the world slowly transformed into Tales in Transit, a luxury travel platform built around storytelling, aspiration, and experiential travel.
At a time when travel content largely revolved around predictable itineraries, Bhoomi along with her husband Manan, identified a gap: travellers were no longer seeking just destinations; they were seeking meaningful, curated experiences. She built Tales in Transit around that insight, uncovering rare and extraordinary destinations such as Lanzarote, Faroe Islands, Costa Navarino and other hidden luxury escapes that inspired people to travel differently.
What began as a side project soon evolved into a powerful digital brand and thriving community of over 100,000 people, all built through authenticity, storytelling, and trust.
But Bhoomi did not stop there.
Inspired by the design philosophies, architecture, and cultural aesthetics she encountered during her travels, she went on to launch Nest Narratives by BG, a luxury interior styling brand focused on redefining modern luxury living. Drawing inspiration from global spaces and experiences, the brand brings together timeless elegance, travel-inspired aesthetics, and contemporary storytelling to create homes that feel deeply personal yet globally inspired.
Through Nest Narratives, Bhoomi is reimagining what luxury homes can look and feel like for a new generation ~spaces that are not just visually beautiful, but reflective of identity, culture, and experience.
